Sign-in to multiple Google accounts simultaneously is considered an advanced feature. Sometimes it is described as running “multiple sessions”.
The feature was introduced by Google in mid-2010. It is a toggle-type ON or OFF option accessed from the Google Multiple Sessions screen.
Multiple sign-in is limited to no more than three accounts at this time.

What if I use Google Apps?
Multiple sign-in is available for Google Apps (used primarily by business customers). Users will find these very detailed instructions on multiple simultaneous sessions helpful.

- Google Docs will be the next product included in the list of services enabled for multiple sign-ins.
- Multiple sign-in was limited to no more than three accounts when Google introduced the feature. In July 2011, Google announced that multiple sign-in functionality had been extended. Google multiple sign-in would support up to ten accounts. Users had expressed a strong interest in using the feature for more than three accounts.
